It is very important to continue your tuberculosis treatment without a break if possible. It is understandable if you have had to interrupt your treatment due to the current situation. Please try to get the medication you were prescribed at home as soon as possible.
You should contact the health authority in the region where you are currently staying. You can find the responsible health authority here.
The staff at the public health department can put you in touch with specialized doctors who can help you get well. If you would like to see specialized doctors directly, you can find them via the service point for outpatient specialist care. However, a visit to the local health authority is necessary in any case.
Your relatives and friends should also contact them if they have had close contact with you.
If you have tuberculosis, you need not fear any disadvantages in Germany. The most important thing is to continue your treatment as soon as possible.

The staff at the public health department can assess whether there is a risk that you have contracted tuberculosis and could develop the disease. If this is the case, the development of tuberculosis can be prevented with preventive treatment.

The typical symptoms of tuberculosis are cough, fever and fatigue. This makes it difficult to distinguish tuberculosis from other diseases. If the symptoms pers ist for more than 3 weeks, then tuberculosis may be the cause. Night sweats or unwanted weight loss may also occur.
